During my 15 year career in real estate I have learned from some very good techniques from the best agents in the business. But the easiest, least expensive and longest lasting is what I already knew and have tried to help other agents understand! 

Follow up with your could be leads and customers is so important. I have listened to coaches and other agents try to get me on board with checking your phone twice a day and returning messages at that time. I feel this is a bad idea in so many ways. The consumer wants immediate attention and will not stop until getting those return phone calls or emails they so desire.

Everyone has there own philosophy and that is okay. This is mine and this is how I have become one of the top agents in the World selling over 125+ sides a year and also running a successful brokerage with 38 agents in Northwest Indiana.
